"Our stay was great until it came to check out. I had ask for a later check out offered to even pay extra money sunday morning agreed to a 1pm check-out. As i was getting in the shower 2 different people knocked on the door 1st very apologetic 2nd 1 was when i was in the shower and he decided to knock and just walk right into the room all before 11am. I felt it was a violation of my privacy. No communication was giving for the later check out. Which should of been done.."

"Hotel was fine. Clean. Check in was smooth except I was charged 75.00 usd for my dog. Did not argue with the 2 young guys working the front desk. Nothing they could do. Checked the Expedia website later and found it said 50.00 for a pet. Showed the manager the next morning and they reimbursed me the 25 dollars. "

"Very nice room, loved the kitchenette, pool.was warm, and hotel was close to kings island. "

"Had a great weekend at the hotel. Was very clean and comfortable. Was reading reviews about the towels but we had no issues. Pool towel are now at the front desk which I think is very fair. Very clean very nice. The only “issue” is the pool was very cold but we had a great time in the hot tub"
