« Very nice place to stay »

« We recently rented this house for two weeks in order to spend time under the same roof with our grown children and baby grandson - and we couldn't have had a more enjoyable time! The house provided ample space for us to gather in small groups or larger ones whether we were indoors, outside on the deck or in the yard. The location in town was ideal for pushing the baby stroller along all the sidewalks as well as easily accessing all the shops and restaurants. With the Red Lion Inn only a block...

« This house is better (and larger) than it looks in the photos. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen and even the bathrooms are enviably renovated. We did have a minor issue, but the hosts handled it promptly and kindly. We'd definitely stay here again. Bonus points for a ton of fireflies and deer. »

« We were so excited to come up to see James Taylor at Tanglewood. This house was perfect, just 20 mins away. The layout was nice and open. We didn't make much use of the kitchen since we were there for a short stay but it was updated with nice appliances. There wasn't any air conditioning but the fans were good and the house was comfortable. »

« We were a group of moms and sons (high school seniors) who stayed here for a long weekend. This place was perfect for us - well appointed and accommodating. It had everything we needed (beach towels, linens) and more (martini glasses, well-equipped kitchen)! The quality of everything was spectacular. We could have stayed here indefinitely with the hot tub, pool, grounds, fire pit, etc. We can't wait to come back here again! »

« Booked this for my bachelorette party as a getaway retreat style vacation for myself and 5 friends. The gathering spaces were perfect and the pool and hot tub were so nice to have. Beautiful view out the back door and even watch a doe and lamb hang out multiple days. It was very relaxing to be here. Please note that getting Ubers and taxis are challenging in this area if you plan to go to Hudson or other locations, we somehow did it, but it wasn’t easy! Otherwise, it’s a great place to gather...
