We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay, but based on how quickly they answered questions, I’m confident anything would have been resolved immediately if needed. The house was perfect for a large group and truly had everything we could ask for. We made great use of the amenities—the hot tub and ping pong table were highlights—and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities, which was a huge plus since we cooked many meals at the house (unlike some rentals that have very little). One of us even used the desk to work remotely during the stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors. The host was always in touch with us and we didn’t have any issues.The back yard is not maintained and there were a lot of mosquitoes but we didn’t want to spend time outside anyway.If not for traffic, King street and Folly Beach would be 20 and 30 minutes, respectively. Plenty of room for our family and games to keep the kids busy, and the hot tub was a fun respite.
