The location to most places including downtown Charleston or mount pleasant is close. The neighborhood it is located was the only downside. You do not come into what looks like a good side of town. We took our dog and while walking him around the neighborhood there was glass in several areas of the grass and did not feel safe at night. Loved that they had some coffee and toiletries there to get you started right away. Communication with owner was prompt and helpful. Only slight negative is the neighborhood is interesting. Came in from the south the first day and the street we came in on was pretty run down. But to the north was Park Circle and that was fine.
