Nov 2, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Good house for family in town for wedding Very nicely updated house, providing comfortable support for 5 families to enjoy time while in town for family wedding. It was a bit noisy due to highway, train tracks, and neighboring dogs - but was sufficient for comfortable family time in evenings. A few suggested improvements - - Some of the towel racks need tightening of connections - One 'bedroom' has no closet, and no hooks; making it difficult to hang / change clothes - Backrooms could use hooks to hang clothes while showering All in all, we made it work well for families gathered. ##### Kevin S. Set up well for 10 adults! King size beds were comfortable ! Bathrooms were beautiful. Washer and dryer was so nice to have, especially on beach days! Good location, close to Airport and shopping! 30 minutes from downtown. There are dogs that occasionally barked next door but it wasnā€™t a big deal. The beds were very comfortable and there was ample space for us to be together or spread out throughout the house. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. We stayed during a cold spell so the hot water pipes froze one night but someone came out and dethawed the pipes within a few hours of calling. The only down side was the neighbors had dogs that barked freqently at night. Otherwise, it was a nice neighborhood and there was ample parking for the four cars we brought. We could have parked one of the cars in the garage but we didn't end up using the garage. We didn't get a chance to use the off site pool but if we come again, we would definitely take advantage of those amenities. Thanks for a wonderful place to get together with family for the holidays. ##### Diana M.
