Lovely home in bustling Park Circle, only 20 minutes by car from downtown Charleston, beaches, & across the bridge from Credit One Stadium. Walk to Park Circle for great restaurants, breweries, wine bars, cafés, the world’s largest inclusive park, & live tunes. Our updated house provides a calm atmosphere with a comfy seating area, propane grill, outside bar and fenced yard. Corn hole boards included!  
  
Welcome to our delightful home, a cozy retreat designed for your relaxation within walking distance to Park Circle’s coolest spots!  
  
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was recently renovated and boasts a chic feel. Highlights include a private backyard with a seating nook, bar and propane grill, a fully stocked kitchen with a big table that fits 6 comfortable, cozy beds with high-end bedding, 3 smart TVs with Netflix, fast Wi-Fi, on-site laundry, a work station, free parking for multiple cars, and a meticulously cleaned home.  
  
We also provide Corn hole and board games for family entertainment!  
  
We are located in a quiet neighborhood within a four block walking distance (see map in the photos) to the heart of Park Circle which is one of the trendiest areas in Charleston outside of the historic downtown peninsula. There is plenty to do for adults and kids alike!  
  
Park Circle boasts over 28 restaurants, breweries, and bars which often have live music, festivals and events, disc golf, tennis courts, and the world’s largest inclusive park, which is perfect for kids and families!  
  
Our home is convenient for getting to different areas of Charleston because of its proximity to the major interstates and it is only a 10-minute drive to the airport.  
  
We are here to assist you every step of the way and are happy to answer any questions you may have. We can’t wait to welcome you and to help you create unforgettable moments filled with warmth, convenience, and relaxation. We look forward to welcoming you!  
  
↠ Please take note of a few IMPORTANT considerations before booking your stay ↞  
  
\- Behind our home there is a set of railroad tracks with TRAINS that pass by at varying times. Train enthusiasts will find this particularly delightful, but we want to be fully transparent with our guests about this who may be sensitive to such sounds especially while sleeping. We do have box fans and disposable ear plugs in each room to help with those that like white noise at night.  
  
\- To ensure the security of our home when it is unoccupied, there is a Ring security camera positioned outside the entry door, the front of the home, and the back of the home, we only monitor these if there has been an issue after the fact or if a guest needs help checking in. These cameras use motion sensors and do record video and audio. There is also a noise monitor in the living room. It does not record video and audio. These are no cameras in the house.  
  
\-This house is located in a quiet neighborhood. We do not allow for parties of any size and quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am.  
  
\- We kindly ask that all vehicles are parked in the driveway and not on the street.  
  
\- Although we love animals, we do not allow pets at our property.
