The home is a duplex and our neighbors had a party two nights while we were there, and being. duplex, it was rather loud. They also parked in our driveway, which I had to ask to move. Also, the listing states that there is a washer and dryer, but we could not locate a washer and dryer anywhere. Our stay and amenities were comfortable. I would suggest to update your bed and bathroom linens, they were older with lots of wear and tear. Also, the glass shelf in the half bath, across from the toilet, either remove or move up to a higher location. The location was great, being 15 minutes to the airport and about a 40 min drive to the Sullivan Island and Folley beach. Overall, it was a good stay and very affordable. ##### Donna A. Place was clean and close by to what we had planned. However, the photos were incorrect in terms of bow many rooms. One room was a duplicate of the same room which caused confusion about the beds.
