Unfortunately, when I contacted the agent to let them know that the coffee pot did not work I received an automatic response saying they hoped I was having a nice time. I also responded to the agent’s request for things that needed to be improved in the rental, however, I waited several days and did not receive any response. The kitchen is not well equipped as it only had two forks,one knife and multiple spoons. There was one small paring knife, but no cutting board. Additionally there were no bowls other than smaller bowls, so I was not able to mix a salad or any other group of ingredients. There were no baking dishes. I also suggested that they add some small bedside tables so that there was a place to put your phone or a drink as I had to use the floor. I would say the bathrooms were quite satisfactory. The biggest issue is the neighborhood which is very rundown with a large junkyard across the street. There is also an enormous amount of very noisy traffic and we were told in the description that noise machines would be in the bedrooms but they were not there. The door has deadbolt locks, but my granddaughter was quite fearful of the neighborhood as it was so rundown. We did not have any incidents while we were there, and there was a little under can do to improve the neighborhood, but visitor should be advised as to the surrounding area.
