There are enough bathrooms so that we didn’t have to wait to get ready. Daniel is a wonder host. We had no issues with anything about the house but he responds so quickly on me letting him know we were on our way and when we left. It backs up to water with a nice deck and the room are well appointed with excellent mattresses on the beds. Kitchen was great for breakfast and one dinner in. We enjoyed the lake view and the turtles! This is not a lake to swim in or even walk around. It’s a small lake with townhomes around it. This worked great for us but I do think it is important to know. The location made going in to Charleston or going to Folly Beach and the plantations all really easy. ##### Jennifer M. The house was beautiful and had tons of room for my 3 teenagers. The location was excellent, just 12 minutes from downtown and 4 minutes to tanger outlets and restaurants. I loved the personal touches he added just for us. I regret not having more time to spend here. My kids gave this home 5 stars and so do I! ##### Donna B.
