To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
- No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
- Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
- Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.
No commercial photography and filming allowed.
Cars can only be parked in the driveway, not blocking the sidewalk, no street parking available per city ordinance. Cars parked on the street may be ticketed or towed.

Our stay was amazing. This house was crisp and clean. It had all of the creature comforts someone would need on vacation. We appreciated access to the washer and dryer, especially traveling with small kids. The kitchen was well equipped and there were enough linens and towels for everyone. We did not use the backyard due to the heat but it was well manicured and looked nice. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was great and new inside. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 4 kids have a National Dance Competition all week.The neighborhood doesn't loom the greatest but the neighbors were fine and no one bothered us. I will rent again through The Boroughs!

Great Spot!

My friends and I had a great time at this Vrbo! The host has clear instructions on checking in and out, plus a list of great recommendations for the area! The backyard was the perfect place for our dinners and the towels on the beds were so cute. Cannot recommend this spot enough!

Very Cozy and Clean

This home was wonderful for our weekend getaway. The house is just as it is pictured online. Very clean and had everything we needed. Host was wonderful. I loved that they included coffee pods! The location of the home was very convenient. The neighborhood seemed friendly but run down. This home has been fully remodeled and is very nice though.

New Build in a Developing Location

The listing of this rentals interior is as advertised. However, it is a new build in a developing area. As someone who does not know anything about the Charleston area, I now know there is a big difference between North Charleston and downtown. Moving forward I now know it’s equally as important to understand the surroundings and neighborhood of the VRBO rentals as it is to review the actual listing itself. I recommend google mapping yourself into this area so you fully understand the location.

Great Experience!

We loved this house. It’s just a tiny bit out of the way but nothing unbearable. The neighbors are friendly and the grocery store is close by. The house was beautiful and the owners thought of everything. Thank you for the awesome experience.

Great little house

This house was located around 25 minutes from each beach. The house itself was nicely renovated and has a ton of beds to choose from. The hang out space is large enough for 10 adults to hang out in. The price for this house is great.
