"Large window in 425 had a huge crack down it, but staff knew. I loved the fact that pets were allowed and that you were so proaction of finding good homes for animals."

"Everything would have been perfect except that you allow people to smoke right outside your front door! Being allergic to cigarettes smoke, and in fact any type of smoke makes me sick to my stomach, lungs hurt, eyes hurt and I get a severe migraine. I asked the tall front desk girl and she didn’t really respond. If I knew this I would not have booked this hotel. Unfortunately so sad because otherwise it is an awesome hotel! "

"The concierge, Zack, tops off the stay, and makes guests feel special. It is so important to get good advice for a city and you will be very impressed with the service you receive from Zack, just like you would receive at a fine five star hotel. The property is lovely, the pool can use a little updating, however, our stay was early in the season, so I’m sure improvements were coming. "

"Property looks great from the street. The location is just a short walk to all the shops in downtown. The floors on the front porch, lobby and hallways were dirty. They needed to be swept and the tile should have been mopped. The front entrance door and trim work had peeling paint. Our room was warm at first but the man at front desk came and opened the air vents which helped a lot. Our room was small and no TV, which we were aware of."
