« This was just as described, beautiful brand new condo only blocks from the beach! Everything you need is there in the house that you would need in your own home/kitchen.I would recommend bringing something to tow your beach chairs and boogie boards in like a wagon. The host was easy to communicate with and very available! Only a small recommendation is to list the other bedrooms as pullout beds and not queen beds. Just in case somebody has any health issues otherwise they were comfortable...

« Went down there for Fourth of July with my family and had a wonderful experience. The house is clean, spacious and in a great location. The deck and back is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. I recommend this song and will stay there again. »

« Perfect in every way. We stayed for a 3-day weekend, myself, mother in law, and 2 kids. Perfect location and perfect size for 4 people. The distance to the beach and pier was perfect. Great place for a family with young kids. »

« My famiily had a memorable stay at the Cozy Beach Retreat. The house itself is very clean & comfortable. The highlight of course was the swimming pool. We also enjoyed being close to the beaches at Island Beach State Park and Ocean Gate. We would definitely stay again! »

« Our stay at on Mallard Island totally exceeded our expectations. The home was clean and charming, and our host Benjamin was accommodating and kind! Our favorite room was the sunroom in the back facing over the bay and LBI. SO lovely sitting there at night with open windows, feeling the breeze, and hearing the gentle sound of the water outside. We saw dozens of hummingbirds sitting there too. Simple and a great way to experience Mud City with quick access to LBI. Definitely would consider staying...

« Couldn’t ask for anything more. Owner was very responsive, house was clean and they provided everything you need. A huge bonus is the 2 car garage, plus a street parking permit. In addition to the park, the 6 beach passes was fantastic. These two perks really save you a ton of money you’d otherwise spend. »

« Clean, close proximity to boardwalk and attractions, modern and comfortable. Beach passes and parking passes were a nice touch. Very pleased with our visit. »

« Our family had a wonderful stay. Pros: very close to bay beach ( few minute drive), 20 mins from LBI, clean home, easy to use kitchen, fenced in yard. The AC takes time getting used to the sound in the main bedroom, so I would bring a sleep sound. We had a great stay . If you are coming with young kids bring a travel tub because there is only a shower. »
