"All in all we had a great experience except did not use the pool or gym. Breakfast was made fresh daily and that’s a +++ in my husband’s book. Coffee was delicious, fresh and hot! Dining room was clean! Staff friendly! Enjoyed our stay. We will stay here again when we come back to San Clemente. Thank you."

"San Clemente is such a FUN town to celebrate the 4th of July! Bob’s house is in a great location and was just perfect for our family! House has everything you need and tons of space for everyone and the garage is HUGE-perfect for SUV & bikes! Great neighbors too! Can’t wait to celebrate USA 251 there!!"

"House was as advertised everything worked great everything felt very clean. The two tiered patio was amazing for spending time in the beautiful weather. The included beach gear and bikes were used daily! Places within walking distance to the beach and a quick bike ride to the pier. Overall it was great! Oh and don’t forget free driveway parking!"

"Overall this was an excellent experience. Host was awesome and super responsive to communication. I love the apartment we stayed in. Super clean. Felt very comfortable. Felt private for being in a big beach town. Really excellent experience. The only small thing to note is that while the property is listed as being a short 100yard walk to beach access. However, the bridge to the beach is closed and appears to have been closed for some time due to repairs to the hillside for landslide prevention. The biggest deciding factor for my wife and I in choosing this place was ease of beach access compared to a couple other places we were considering. Had we known that the access point was closed, we probably would have stayed elsewhere. Again, this is an awesome property and would stay here again, I would just recommend contact the host before booking to verify beach access is open and construction is complete."
