This home is modern. It is a five-minute drive to Wallaroo Jetty and boat ramp. It is situated in a very quiet area and just a five-minute walk to North Beach. Close to new children's playground. There are three external security cameras clearly displayed, specifically for the security of the property and all stakeholders. These can be turned off if requested. PLEASE NOTE: MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE STAYING IS EIGHT - this number must not be exceeded. THIS HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES.
