Service was excellent. All of the employees that we encountered were very helpful and attentive. However, I wasn’t impressed with the location, the whole system for valet parking was really odd where you had to wait in the restaurant to get the car. I understand Toronto is a big city with traffic issues but we have never stayed at another Toronto hotel like that. The room was small and the hotel overall just looked like a remodeled holiday inn. Nothing luxurious or special like the ritz or Shangri la although it was just as expensive. I really had higher hopes for this place.

Lovely building. Staff on front desk not always very helpful and could be a bit sharp. Room was great however looking tired. Pool was closed for our stay, not ideal for 5* hotel.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY! Lovely staff! My stay was absolutely amazing, and my view was as well. Hotel X is a beautiful place to stay, very stylish and chic. Smells wonderful in the lobby.

The waterside inn appears to be a converted apartment building. It appears to me that it has been altered to be a hotel. We were expecting a bedroom. We got a one bedroom apartment. Great view of the Lake Ontario. If I were going to Port Credit again, I would try to book again.

Location is spectacular for Blue Jays games, downtown food scene, proximity to the lake, amazing views.
Overall building cleanliness left something to be desired, unit cleanliness and condition left something to be desired. Building felt like it was about a 4 out of 10 on cleanliness. The unit itself had garbage in one of the bathrooms, door handle almost falling off in the same bathroom. Beds are very firm so I found I woke up sore each day (but this is a preference thing). It has everything you need if you aren't cooking but aside from that I would say it is not a "homey" type of unit. If you intention is to catch some baseball and barely ever be at the unit then this is the place for you. If you want something that is clean, comfortable and welcoming I would suggest you keep looking.
