Shocked at terrible the bathroom was including towels as thin as tshirts. I went to a store and purchased my own towels. Also when I checked in, the service desk clerk assigned me to a room already occupied. And it went down hill from there. Upgrade that place especially at the nighly rate.

Bathroom needs to be renovated. Steel framed mirror in bathroom has a safety issue. Visitor parking fee is ridiculously expensive. Bathroom photos in the website don’t seem to be same as real bathroom.

Everything is just OK. Parking here is VERY expensive. $50 for one night. There is minimal staff at night. Feels deserted. Rooms are just ok. Clean enough. All black and white and grey. A bit somber. Not even a bottle of water in the fridge. Location near Sunset is central.

Sadly our stay in this hotel was disappointing. The room was adequate, however, the “sliding” door on the balcony did not close properly meaning the noise from the main road was horrendous and it was very cold. We were therefore unable to use the sofa bed meaning 5 of us had to share 2 beds. We booked “inclusive” breakfast with Expedia but the hotel provided no breakfast- or food of any kind. The restaurant was permanently closed. There was one vending machine in the lobby. The swimming pool cleanliness was questionable. Not a family friendly hotel.

I would NEVER stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel. At arriving at our room, my husband needed to plug in his oxygen machine and the outlet was loose, the fridge freezer section was not working properly, I tried calling the front desk and the phone was not working. I could hear the clerk but he was not able to hear me. Maintenance guy came and said the freezer is working, He changed the phone cord and said the phone is working, and after arguing with my husband about the safety of the loose outlet he said it was loose because it was placed on a soft wall. I asked for another room and they said that they were full and that we could move the next day. We decided to stay due to all the medical stuff we had to move and assumed that it wouldn't be better in another room. That night I noticed that there were handprints on the mirror. Gross... Second day, we were getting ready to go explore Cedar Sinai for my husband's appts the next day the air Conditioner cover fell, dust all over and over an inch accumulation of dust on the filter. I guess because it is covered no need to change. Also the window had mildew around the frame. Third day after coming back from a full day of doctor appts and dinner, I had stepped out and returned to my husband standing that we had a bad leak on the bathroom ceiling. Maintenance came and put towels on the floor. No communication and when asked for an update they send the same person and he replaced the floor towels. Worst experience ever.

If you ignore the mysterious red stains on the curtains, the dodgy wallpaper, the bad smell on the 4th floor and the fact the shower takes 10 minutes to get hot water... its a fine place to stay

Everything was good, however, the parking cost for the guests is way outrageous. You might get more guests if you lowered the cost of guest parking as the hotel seemed somewhat empty.

Check-in was great, the staff were friendly. The place is a bit old and the rooms as well, but it was clean. The area around can feel unsafe at times but there was always a security agent in the lobby or someone from the staff which felt secure. I was there for work and it did the job.
