Understand that is out of managers control so we delt with the smell. The next morning however we found the cabinet over the stove had a health population of Roaches the size of your thumb living in it. We had two more reservations for a total of 4 nights booked. we asked the property manager to cancel the reservations without penalty which they agreed to. we received the refund for one of the stays but not the second stay. Following that they have refused to contact us by email text or phone we have went through VRBO and they have also not been able to contact them. Still trying to get refund for second cancelled reservation with no sucsess. would be cautious renting this property. Check cabinets for big bugs. ##### Dan P. My family and I (all born and raised in Virginia but been Texans for 10 years) were traveling to Virginia Beach for a family wedding. We were a little worried about booking a house with no reviews but so glad we went with our instincts. This house was more than amazing. It was so cute and spacious for our group of 5 adults and 4 kids, we were never on top of each other! The bonus play room in the back was a hit with the kids, they had more than enough toys to keep our littles occupied and the 2 twin beds in that room were an added plus for us that wasnt in the initial pictures. The kitchen was big enough for me to decorate a 3 tier wedding cake plus 2 additional cakes! The location was great...right by the airport, botanical gardens, not far from Oceanview beach, 5 mins from the interstate and plenty of stores and food places. Oh and the backyard was beautiful!! Make sure to have breakfast on the deck. Check in was a breeze and communication with both hosts was always quick. Thank you so much for an awesome trip back "home". ##### Tiffany R.
