Upon arrival, the electronic lock for the assigned room did not work and a new room needed to be assigned. The bedspread had holes in it. The pillows were small and for a king bed not enough were provided. The TV did not work properly. The internet did not work properly causing a meeting to be held on my phone. The breakfast was limited to dry cereal and toast. It was just disappointing for the cost.

Very disappointed in the overall facility. The room was disgusting. Bedspread was old and had holes in it. The floor was not carpeted and dirty. The walls were dirty with paint chipping. The door had cracks at the bottom and the ceiling painting was cracked and chipping. Baseboard had stains and was dirty. The wall behind the commode had tiles off. The whole room was outdated and furniture should have been replaced. Nothing about the room was inviting, and had it not been so late, I would have left. The room smelled bad and I was not comfortable. I will not recommend the place to anyone.

The Wi-Fi was terrible, booked a room for 5 adults arrive to 2 small beds and when we asked for some kind of extra sleeping mattress or something of the sort couldn’t not help us at all. Overall it’s clean but would have definitely liked to have been informed the mat one room was not going to be good enough for 5 people.

Usually a great stay, but in 30 degree and less outdoor temperature, rooms should be heatable greater than 57 degrees. Had to cancel reservation and checkout after 5 hours of COLD SLEEP. Will ne back in the summer again.

Don’t waste your money
There was a tissue in the peep hole of the door. The tv signal piece was not connected to the tv. The phone didn’t work. There were black spots on the ceiling. There was a spot on the wall that needs repaired. There was a hole by the floor at the “closet” area, like someone had kicked it in. The “comforters” were so thin they couldn’t keep you warm. The return air vent on the front of the heater was disgustingly filthy. There was no “do not disturb” sign to hang on our door, and housekeeping entered when we weren’t there. This is unacceptable. The ONLY good thing about this visit was that we were right on the beach. For $165 for two nights, do better.

What I loved is that Chesapeake Bay was on the backside of the property with easy access to the beach. The price was affordable, I stayed 7 days. The 1st night there was a bit of chaos outside that was resolved. The rest of the stay was quiet. The sink in the room did not drain. I ended up covering the sink with a towel to prevent the gnats from gathering. The tub did not drain but I ended up cleaning a large clog of debris out of the drain because I needed a shower that night. When mentioned to staff for several days they said maintenance would come and never did. Staff did eventually offer to change rooms but by then I had cleaned the space and really wasn’t sure that any of the other rooms were going to be any better. I felt like my Attention to detail regarding cleaning would have helped the rating. House keeping did empty trash and bring fresh towels daily. I enjoyed daily walks on the beach. I Probably would return for the beach access but with cleaning supplies.

Everyone was amazing the staff was Super helpful (no pun intended.) For the price you cant beat it. Especially with the ocean literally like 25ft from your room. For those who need to know. It is a Hotel that people can pay weekly to stay so like an extended stay hotel. But the people were all nice. Dont judge a book by its cover. Jeep (I feel like I spelt this wrong, sorry) the maintenance guy our room service was really nice. Thank you all, see you again soon 😊

Horrible place! Run far away from this one!
Room was in horrible condition and definitely hasn’t been cleaned since the last people stayed. Room was filthy and floor hadn’t been moped in quite a while. Countertop was all busted up around the sink. Bathtub was filthy with black stuff all in the grout. The beds had sand on them and under the sheets. Supposed to be a smoke free hotel but had burn holes on the comforter and the sheets. And there’s constant prostitutes in the parking lot.

After reading the reviews, I was nervous to go but glad we did! The beach is perfect for the little ones, the pool is nice. The rooms could be cleaned better and fixed up. The tub was not super clean, there was a hole in the wall, curtains and comforter. Bring your own blankets and Clorox wipes just in case. There is also a rooftop bar on the pier down the street that is so cool!

Room was disgusting, lamp didnt work, towel had what looked like dried snot, I took pictures. Chair at desk was broken and my son tried to sit in it, without noticing it was broken, and he hurt himself. I went to the front desk and told them about the chair, my son hurting himself and ALL the cleanliness issues we had and the guy said "i dont know what your expectations were, but i can move your room. If you dont like it ill give you a refund. I checked out the next room and the bathroom had not been cleaned, pubic hair and soap in the tub, what looked like vomit splatter on the toilet, had a phone but it wasnt even connected to anything, missing lights, mattress was gross... we left.

It was like staying in a very expensive fraternity house, people partied until 430 AM. In the morning, there was trash everywhere. The continental breakfast was basically cold cereal and/or toast (with a broken toaster).

STAY AWAY! I had to cut my vacation short because of this hotel. My room wasn’t ready at 7pm because it was being used (bathroom was still wet). Broken TV. One outlet worked. Dirty towels. Crowds of people hanging around drinking beer and being noisy into the night. Locks on the door didn’t work making me feel unsafe when I was awoken at 3am by yelling neighbors throwing things. I packed my things and left 3 days early.

Im 56 years old and have stayed in countless hotels but THIS is undeniably the DIRTIEST! Here's a list: - Trash and litter litterly everywhere on the grounds. Stairwells and walkways have cigartette butts discarded, red solo cups, chicken bones, beer bottles, gum, diapers, GROSS. - Pool area strewn with litter. - There was sand IN my bed. Under the sheet. - Pillow case had something on it, appeared unwashed. - Red stain on top bed sheet. - AC had thick globs of dust in the vents. - Mirror hazy...not cleaned at all. - Windows filthy. - Bath tub has black mold growing under the wall mounted soap dish. - Bath room floor FILTHY. - Bathroom vent caked with dust. - Phone broken, not working.

Nothing to like no breakfast nonfront desk help drugs being done all around pool n hotel dirty bathtub was not safe to even shower in. Even when i contacted customer service about the stay nothing was done. Do not take family here wasnt worth it even for the price.

The only redeeming qualities of this motel is that the bay is behind the motel and they have a pool. It was absolutely filthy and no garbage cans to throw anything out. Would never stay again.

It was the dirtiest and most disgusting hotel room I have ever seen. We could not stay there. I was afraid of how many bugs I might swallow in my sleep. They were everywhere, even in the sheets and towels.

Room appeared to be partially refurbished. The bedroom and living area seemed nice, but the bathroom was old, stained and filthy. The light switch had no cover, exposing wires, and the bathtub had visible stains that were brown. the bedspread was stained. No sheets for the sofa bed, although they were provided upon request. The day manager was polite, but the night manager did not seem concerned about our needs. Not located in the best area, but still no excuse to be that unclean. Trash on the steps and the ice machine was leaking with towels covering up the water. The place has potential, but the lack of upkeep plummets its score.
