My only negative is parking, you’re somewhat forced to valet because self parking is a bit far especially if you have a lot of stuff. Otherwise excellent stay.

Nice hotel but the restaurant is not the best. Staff was friendly. Parking is $35 per night. If I knew that I would have stayed somewhere else in town. Charged twice for incidentals, never did receive a strait anwser why. Hopefully it will be refunded.

The key card system was down the entirety of our stay, we had to be escorted to our rooms anytime we left and came back. We had 4 rooms booked for work travel. We complained to the front desk that there should be some resolution, room comps, free parking something. We were given a $10.00 voucher for the restaurant. Charged full price for our rooms and parking. A real disappointment that there was not more of an effort on the hotel to make it right. Needless to say we will not be booking a stay at the Sheraton again.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Donovan.The problems I had were the parking $20 per day in a garage you have to walk to or valet parking for $25 per day. Breakfast buffet was $18.95 per person for mediocre food. With almost paying $200 per room you would think there would be something included besides wifi that we didn't use.

Staff were amazing! We will definitely return. Food is excellent. The facility needs updating and the mattress needs to be upgraded. But the staff made our stay memorable. We travel quite a bit and stayed in hotels in the US and abroad. I can easily say that the staff in this hotel is the best this far. The staff was mostly friendly. My room was nice and clean and I enjoyed the view although I paid extra for it. Everything was "pay extra" for it. The TV did not work, Breakfast was not included and it was pricey. Made the mistake ordering dinner without asking how much and payed almost $80 for a meal. There was never any fresh coffee at the coffee station, it was empty each time I stopped for a cup (3 days in a row). I don't think I'll be staying there again.

Property is in a great location but looks and feel dated. Fridge had no light. No exhaust in bathroom. HVAC was noisy. The most annoying was the smoke detector that kept flashing like lightning every minute or so all night. No parking on site. Valet parking is $35 a night - just like big city parking. I will not stay in the facility if offered to me for free. Staff were nice and very friendly.

Nice room with comfy beds.
A few cosmetic issues in the bathroom didn’t affect my stay. The beds were comfortable. My only worry was that there was a connecting door to the room next door that didn’t quite shut all the way despite it being locked and bolted.

Hands down the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Upon keying into our first room, I immediately returned to the desk to request a room change due to a rancid musty/mildew stench coming from our room. The next room we got was lacking that smell, however both rooms looked dingy, had stained carpets, stained furniture, bubbled wallpaper, and air vents that look like they have never had a filter change since the establishment was constructed. When calling it a night, I was appalled by the fact that what I assumed was the mattress, reeked of a foul, rancid body odor from a prior guest. A nauseating odor. It wasn’t me… I am one that has impeccable hygiene and I am prideful of that, but that night was the most disgusting and unclean I have ever felt in my years of living. We checked out first thing the next morning after a sleepless night. Cut the trip early because I couldn’t imagine staying another night on the repulsive property. They would not refund me for the night I was not going to be spending there from checking out early, but hopefully they utilize that money they gained from me (and I can assume a lot of other people’s funds based off of prior reviews) toward renovations. And maybe toward hiring an elevator technician to provide maintenance on the 2 of 4 elevators that are not running. The fact that this hotel is up and running, meets inspection and health codes baffles me.

Didn’t like much. Had to pay extra for parking then walk through an empty building to get to garage…then to exit, had to text to get someone to open gate. Not fun for a couple in their 70s. Very short staffed at check-in although was treated fairly. No one to help load and unload to cart.
