The staff was very friendly and helpful . The room was clean but a little dark. I did not look if did not have an elevator . The stairs were a little much to bring things up and down. The location is on the beach and for hotel was a good choice for the money just would of liked an elevator

My stay at your hotel was delightful. The owner went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. He even called me after checkout to inform me I left my prescription glasses.

The room itself was great but when we checked in I notified them we had paid online he then told me yes but I still have to pay a 14$ fee which was fine until then he told me in order to check in I had to pay 35$ this made no sense to me! I was very frustrated and angry but of course I paid the fee everywhere else had no rooms available. Then we had to continuously file noise complaints on business around us there was one restaurant that had a speaker outside playing music and we could hear the music and the base of the music over the tv! And this went on until 2am. Otherwise the room itself was great my only complaint was the shower bottom was black so we wore our crocs when we got in.

At first, I was skeptical, but once inside the rooms were clean, I’d like the way you could go to the back and look at the ocean go to the front and see all the stores. The staff was great and very friendly will definitely go back.

What a dump.
I should have known it was going to be bad when he started spraying febreze when I was walking up to the door. You had to park two blocks away which made for an uneasy night's sleep. The property was dirty and dated. The sheets and towels were stained. It was conveniently on the beach and downtown. I will never book here again.

Blow dryer never work. The white towels where stain. The bathroom wall and door need to Be fix the door has a small hole. Room smell like smoke even that was a non smoker Room. Floor are dirty with sand and doesn't change the toilet paper of the prevouis guest. The sofa bed is stain the mattress is not cover and no one can sleep in there or you can be stab by the metal sprin. The bed was comfy.

All in all, it’s a great little place. At first, I thought how unsafe it seemed and how it was going to be a rough night. Then, I saw the room, location is amazing and there are kids here too. Much safer than other places I have stayed at VA Beach. No pool, however, no need. You can walk right out to the ocean. Bed was a little small and firm, but, did it’s job. Wouldn’t pay more than $200-225 a night during the summer season.

We will never stay here again. There was a bloody finger print on the bathroom door. Pieces of the shower were missing on the faucet that made it look like a peep hole and in the above bathroom light fixture. The facility and parking itself were creepy and the front desk clerk was creepy and sleeping in the room by the parking space we had. He also said we could check in early if we gave him $40 cash and that was also creepy. We did pay $40 cash to check I .

50 foot walk from the boardwalk and beach. Great location and value. Rooms have hardwood floors and felt clean. Manager/Owner let me extend my parking onsite to the next day. $60 for 2 dogs was very fair (thought it would be $120).

My daughter left her Nintendo switch in the room. The manager called me and mailed it back to us ❤️. Any other hotel wouldn’t have done this for us. Our stay was comfortable and convenient! No bugs either!!

First off the staff charged me extra fees that was not on the website , First thing he said was “ I am not trying to take your money “ umm.. He charges me an extra fee for 2 nights for a child , a resort fee when clearly it’s a MOTEL no ice machine , no elevator ,Towels were dirty, I had to walk up a flight of stairs with bags SMH.. The headboard fell down almost hurt my son , they had ROACHES baby ones and a big one they were coming out the walls smh… My kids and I had to shower with slides on bathroom filthy just everything , I had to deep clean myself , good thing we brought our own stuff, pullout couch hard all you felt was the SPRINGS .. manager told me I could not get a refund !!! Once I checked out I advise the staff same staff from checking in to call PEST CONTROL he told me I was a Lier very unprofessional he got mad and started to yell at me and asked do I believe in Jesus Christ - weird. My stay was HORRIBLE I will NEVER COME BACK HERE … The man was harassing me my whole stay!

Where to begin, this place was by far the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at in Va beach. The rooms are filthy, they do the bare minimum of cleaning, i don’t even wanna talk about the horrible parking situation. We were charged parking about 4 blocks away from the actual hotel. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. It was definitely a deep disappointment staying here. I do not recommend to ever stay here. Its probably honestly just worth it to pay the extra money for a clean and safe hotel.

The access to the beach was nice, but the owner was rude cleaning staff was very nice. Outside after 9pm was outrageous so many fights and loud noises actually woke our daughter and the amount of times the cops were right outside our hotel from the fights.

You get what you pay for. Room is clean but smells like a dog stayed there prior to us. I also booked for an ocean view room, but the room was blocked by a high deck and could not see the ocean at all unless you go to the deck and stand on a platform. Staff are nice though. Parking is also offsite.

For the price it was definitely worth it and I would stay again. There was some hair in the bathroom. There’s only 4 spots to park on-site. Not sure if there is an elevator. Staff was excellent. It was worth saving 300 to 400 dollars to clean the room a little better. I always take wipes anyway. No odor no bedbugs and nice room.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! If I could rate a 0 I would. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room next to us had all their sheets pulled off when we got there saying they had bed bugs in their room, the bathroom had stuff smeared all over the walls. It says it’s a 24hr office the door was locked and the lights were off when I went to talk to the front desk. The parking is no where close it’s in a dark lot several streets over from the hotel. After how bad the check in experience was we didn’t even use the room, we tried just going to the beach, then when we came back I didn’t even have anyone to complain about the room to and ended up paying $400 for a room I couldn’t even use because of how bad it was. So I ended up driving 3 hours home with my family after how bad the whole experience was.
