the property needs some serious maintenance. My room wouldn’t work and I had to call maintenance every time I had to enter my room. The water in the bathtub seems to have drainage issues- the water would sit for hours. I ended up going to someone else’s room that I knew to shower.
I was in town for a nationals with my team. I am the coach and would stay out for hours and to come back from a 16hour day and not only could go into my room but not have a relaxing shower was soooo frustrating and emotionally stressing
Marriot is always my first choice. Clean rooms and nice facilties. The only shortcoming was that the TV was to the side of the bed instead of the foot so we had to lay one one side to watch it
Hotel room was fine, but I can’t get my deposit for incidentals refunded. I contacted the hotel and was told it would be refunded by a particular date. As of that date, no refund.

Dave- as explained earlier, this was an authorization and not a hard charge to your card. If you are looking for a refund to be issued to your credit card, you will not see that as we never charged you. You would see a pending authorization & eventually it is no longer pending. If you still see that on your account after 7 business days past check out, please contact the hotel directly and we will be happy to assist with contacting your bank with you.
The hotel was easy to find. Our room was comfortable but the hairdryer was covered in old dried hair product and hair. The property needs revitalizing!!

Once again the stay at the Courtyard Marriott was not pleasant. The hotel was old, and hot. The bistro was less than inviting, costly and not very clean. We have learned our lesson. No more stays at Marriott.

My only issue was the tub didn’t drain causing water to fill the tub while showering. It is in a great location 15 mins from the beach.

Sydney was great at check in. One of the fastest and easiest check ins ever! Cathy at the Bistro was awesome! Very friendly and personable. Room was nice and clean. AC works nicely was able to make room cold. Shower was a little confusing but water was no e and hot. Bed very comfortable. Slept great

business got done early so did not need to stay over night- contacted Expedia to cancel my reservation & get my refund- Expedia advised me reservation canceled , but no refund from Marriott - I will not use Expedia again or stay in a Marriott hotel!
