Blaine, the host of the property was excellent. Response time to any questions was almost immediate. He assisted us with the schedule change, which was also very much appreciated. I feel terrible rating it as such But I will be honest. The property needs major upkeep. The lawn was overgrown. The inside looks just like the pictures but more like just covering up an old building. The property was not what I expected. It is part of a long building of apartments at the end. Outside was very unkempt and next-door to broken down cars and patched up houses. The building itself was not in great condition also. Also, issues with mosquito like bugs inside the home. Just be very careful in the neighborhood. Far from an ocean oasis.
