Residential Retreat. Located minutes to the Oceanview beach and Naval base. Welcome to our newly renovated residential home. It is conveniently located in the Bayview area of Norfolk. This puts our location in close proximity to Naval station Norfolk and Oceanview Beach. This home is perfect for groups looking to connect with family and friends serving in the military or groups looking for a beach retreat. This fresh and clean 3 Bedroom/2 bath home is just a little over 1700 sq (two levels). It has an open concept living/dining area, good for families. The kitchen is great for making home cooked meals and is equipped with essentials and other conveniences such as a microwave and Keurig. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and Roku, so you can enjoy all of your favorite streaming programs. On a nice day or night you may enjoy our outdoor space, it is big enough to play football. We also offer a washer and dryer in the home. With a large driveway there is plenty of space for multiple vehicles. The host was very responsive to some questions I had. The place was very well stocked as well. No check-out procedures, so that was nice as well. My only two things to point out: 1\. It is listed as "sleeps six," and it certainly does. But there isn't really room for 6 people to sit and relax int he living room. There is only a sectional with no additional seating. There is plenty of room for another couch or additional chairs, which would have been nice. 2\. The previous guests must have went to the beach or something because there was sand and dirt all over the floor. You had to wear your shoes/socks in the house.
