This modern 750 sq. ft. 1-bed/1-bath condo on the 1st floor offers comfort and style. Shared spaces include fire pits and ample seating. Please note, ongoing city construction may cause noise during business hours and significant water pooling in 5th bay. For more details, feel free to contact us before booking. The Space: This suite sleeps up to two guests and has one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom has a king sized bed and also includes full bedding and ample storage. The bedroom has nightstands, dresser, and a closet. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a Smart TV with high-speed WIFI. There is one fully equipped bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, appliances, and dinnerware needed for cooking during your stay. All linens/bedding, including 2 sets of bath towels, are provided. This unit is pet friendly. When pets are left alone, please ensure they are left in crates or secured in bedrooms. I didnt know what to expect from this property since I didn't know anything about the area. The suite we clean and tidy when we arrived and had almost everything we needed. A few more kitchen basic would be nice, but it was fine for our quick 3 day stay. Jul 15, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Amazing condo, great amenities for kids & adults We stayed here for a week because we attended a VB tournament in Orlando, commute was not bad at all 15-30 minutes depending on time of day & traffic, had everything u could possibly need except I would recommend some basic seasonings like salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder(we forgot to bring & didnt realize until cooking began), also a regular deck of cards would have been great, the beds are super comfy, the towels were amazing, gonna buy some for home & the resort area was great!! The pool, water slides, hot tub & volleyball court were what we used and all were top notch!!
