This modern 750 sq. ft. 2-bed/1-bath condo on the 1st floor offers comfort and style. Shared spaces include fire pits and ample seating. Please note, ongoing city construction may cause noise during business hours and significant water pooling in 5th bay. For more details, feel free to contact us before booking. The Space: This suite sleeps up to four guests and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a king mattress, the second bedroom has a queen mattress. Both bedrooms include full bedding and ample storage. The bedroom has nightstands, dresser, and a closet. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a Smart TV with high-speed WIFI. There is one fully equipped bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, appliances, and dinnerware needed for cooking during your stay. All linens/bedding, including 4 sets of bath towels, are provided. This unit is pet friendly. When pets are left alone, please ensure they are left in crates or secured in bedrooms. It had all the essentials needed. There were only a few things that were not mentioned in the check in details. There was 1 key pad to enter the area where the 4 suites are & another key pad for your own suite. I put in the code on the first key pad & ended up locking it which essentially locks everyone from entering their own suite. Luckily, someone was outside & called someone from their suite to unlock. The other thing was the toilet wouldn’t flush completely on the first flush. It would take 3 flushes. I stayed on a bottom unit & walls & floors are pretty thin. There was construction outside but it did not hinder my stay at all. You can park in any spot available. Property management was very responsive. I enjoyed my stay overall! ##### Sylvia S.
