This modern 750 sq. ft. 2-bed/1-bath condo on the 1st floor offers comfort and style. Shared spaces include fire pits and ample seating. Please note, ongoing city construction may cause noise during business hours and significant water pooling in 5th bay. For more details, feel free to contact us before booking. The Space: This suite sleeps up to four guests and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a king mattress, the second bedroom has a queen mattress. Both bedrooms include full bedding and ample storage. The bedroom has nightstands, dresser, and a closet. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a Smart TV with high-speed WIFI. There is one fully equipped bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, appliances, and dinnerware needed for cooking during your stay. All linens/bedding, including 4 sets of bath towels, are provided. Enjoy the convenience of our complimentary laundry room, available for your use during your stay—making it easy to keep things fresh and stress-free! There is free parking on premises for one car, per apartment. Beach chairs are available. For safety and cleanliness all living room rugs have been removed due to ongoing construction concerns. The floors had not been swept and there was a live roach in the bathtub. We sent photos and swept the kitchen ourselves. They stated that it was unacceptable and would have a cleaning crew out the next day. We left mid morning and came back 6 hours later and it still had not been cleaned. While we were showering for dinner someone came and stated they were there to clean. I stated they were to have done that while we were gone and could they come back as my husband was in the shower. We hurried and left 15 min later. Came back at 11:00pm and no cleaning had happened. We were told it was a miscommunication and they would be there the following day during the time we were gone to clean and spray for pests. We came back later that afternoon and the same crap that was laying on the carpet beside the bed was still there no vacuuming had been done. I would not stay here again. We did get our Saturday and half of Sunday fee refunded but honestly if we had somewhere else to go we would have fought for a complete refund!
