Other than the emails from the property manager my stay was not totally ruined with my wife for the 4th of July. The property manager emails were out of bounds prior to us arriving and with our departure. I never leave any stay without a once over...but to be continually emailed to do all the things that my wife does at our own home is just irritating.As a veteran of the Navy it was great to come back to Norfolk. ##### james b. We slept well in the quiet neighbourhood that has a somewhat parklike atmosphere with all the blossoming shrubs and huge trees. We would have enjoyed an outside table, because we love to take our meals "al fresco" during summer, but helped ourselves by putting everything on the fence of the porch.
