Balcony view of bay for sunrise coffee & sunset wine. New & old homes surround this newly built home in "East Ocean View." Restaurants short walk, more only a two min. drive. Summer Sailing regattas on Weds. and Sun. evenings, live music at the Pavilion. The space 3 King size bed Bedroom , 3.5 bathrooms, Third floor has 2 sofa beds, first floor has nice kitchenette, City of Norfolk requires outdoors security cameras. Guest access Entire house and yard. Other things to note No late loud parties. No loud music outside. No crowds. Off street parking. The house was nice and clean but needed a few minor repairs and updates, but overall a great place to relax. The house was located at the end of a street that provided direct beach access. The homeowner also had several beach style chairs available if needed. This was great. The neighborhood during our stay was quite and at a good location for us. The property manager communicated with us very well and check-in and check-out was a breeze. We would stay here again. ##### Teresa M.
