Fast WiFi, 50” smart TV in the living room and 40" smart TV in the main bedroom. Window AC units for air conditioning and each room is heated with thermostat controlled infrared units. It is within close driving proximity to Virginia Beach Oceanfront, Chic's Beach, Downtown Norfolk, Old Dominion University, and Christopher Newport University.
The house sits only about 100 feet away from the beach, with a short path from your backyard past my other rental house to access the beach. There are no steep dunes or stairways to navigate, no streets to cross, and the access is not shared with the public.
Housebroken and well-behaved pets are allowed with payment of the pet fee. This property will be deep cleaned and sanitized between every reservation. This is a recently acquired property and will be continually improved with summer profits.
