The owner communicated very well and was very responsive. The unit is located about 4 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but we didn't experience any issues. There are several stores located near by. I'd say they are in walking distance but I like to walk. The unit was an upstairs unit so i constantly worried that my toddler was making too much noise. The unit was quaint. The bathroom could have used a more thorough cleaning but it wasn't dirty. I enjoyed our stay and wouldn't be opposed to staying again.
