Very beautiful apartment block, 4 storeys, detached. 20 km from the centre of Husum, 29 km from the centre of Bredstedt, 64 km from the centre of Sankt Peter-Ording, in a quiet, sunny position, on the lake, in the countryside. For shared use: planted inner courtyard. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Shop 4 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 100 m, bus stop 300 m, ferry 2.3 km, sandy beach 200 m, lake Forellensee. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km.  
"SeeZeichen Nordstrand", 3-room penthouse 112 m2\. Very luxurious and stylish furnishings: large living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 2 large rooms, each room with 1 double bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and Hammam-Shower. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful distant view of the sea and the lake. Facilities: dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
