The property consists of a total of four residential units. It is at the end of a quiet side street, so you won't be disturbed on your well-deserved vacation. At the same time, you benefit from the central location. It is only a few minutes' walk to the beach and the Döper Weg. So nothing stands in the way of a carefree holiday in Norddeich.
The holiday apartment
The apartment on the first floor offers everything that two people need to feel good. The living, kitchen and dining area is open and spacious. Here you can cook, eat and come together for evening TV rounds. A comfortable sofa corner is available for this. From here, a door leads out to the balcony, which is equipped with appropriate seating. Thanks to its south-west orientation, you can enjoy the sun rays here on summer days until the evening and let a nice day end.
The kitchenette has been equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals as usual. These include a stove and microwave, a coffee machine, a pod machine, a refrigerator, a microwave and a dishwasher, as well as a toaster, egg cooker, blender and of course plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery.
In the bedroom you will find two single beds with the dimensions 80 x 200 for your night's rest. A small closet offers space for your wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a wash combination with a mirror. You will find the washing machine in the common laundry room of the house. This is also available to you free of charge if required.
The apartment is partly furnished with either pleated blinds or curtains. The floor covering largely consists of homely laminate and tiles.
Pets are expressly welcome in the Ekke Nekkepenn holiday home. For this reason, feeding and drinking bowls are also available in your home.

House Rules / Prices:
Service fee
Each booking plus a one-time service fee i. H. 70.00 euros per stay. The service fee includes the final cleaning of the apartment. If you would like to carry out the final cleaning yourself, this flat rate is not applicable. H. of 70.00 euros.
Wäschepaket
Our laundry package consists of bed linen, towels and shower rugs, dish towels and a service set (Toi paper, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, dish brush, cleaning rags and other small helpers for the carefree start of your vacation.
The beds are already made upon arrival. We would be happy to provide you with bed linen and enough hand and bath towels.
A cost contribution of EUR 13.00 will be charged for each person registered.

Your dog does not have to stay at home alone, because he is welcome in this apartment. The fee for the dog is € 10.00 per night.
