3-family house "Stark". In the resort, 1 km from the centre, 500 m from the sea, 1 km from the beach. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1.2 km, restaurant 800 m, bakery 600 m, café, bus stop 1 km, railway station 260 m, sandy beach 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 14 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, surf school 1 km, tennis 3 km. Please note: railway line 10 m from the property.  
3-room apartment 45 m2, on the top floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 bed. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Senseo) extra). Shower/WC. Large balcony. Balcony furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm.
