The apartment is on the first floor and in the attic of a new building. In the combined kitchen-living-dining area, from which you also reach the balcony, couch and armchairs invite you to linger in front of the TV. Equipment of the apartment

This beautiful, light-flooded and tastefully furnished apartment with a studio is located on the first floor of a new building (3/2018). In the combined living / dining / kitchen area, from which the balcony is accessible, couch and armchairs invite you to relax in front of the TV. At the dining table with 5 chairs you can have your meals together. In the 360-degree panoramic view you can make a first impression of the first floor of the apartment. From the living room a staircase leads to the converted studio. The total area of ​​the apartment is 68 sqm. The apartment has free Wi-Fi, electric shutters, some fly screens, underfloor heating, automatic ventilation and is allergy-friendly.  
In the 360 ​​degree panoramic view, you can get a first impression.  
Bedroom 1  
The bedroom has a large bed (2 × 2 m) with separate mattresses and a large flat screen TV. A wardrobe and a dresser provide enough space for your wardrobe. The installed fly screen ensures a comfortable sleep.  
Bedroom 2  
The bedroom in the attic has a large (2x2m) double bed, a chest of drawers and a flat screen TV. From there there is a private bathroom with shower.

The equipment includes raised oven, self-sufficient ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, French Press coffee pot, teapot with metal strainer and toaster. Furthermore, you will find dishes, glasses / cups and cutlery in sufficient numbers and various kitchen utensils.

Large bathroom with toilet, bathtub and walk-in shower, washing combination with large, illuminated mirror, in addition, an electric hairdryer is available.

Maritime flair exudes this beautifully designed apartment. For this, the bright décor in white and warm shades of brown with radiant blue and maritime accessories has been combined. The living and dining area is spacious. The comfortable seating area invites you to cozy evenings. Thanks to the modern flat screen TV is your entertainment well taken care of.  
The chic fitted kitchen includes a raised oven, a self-sufficient ceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a kettle, a French Press coffee pot, a teapot with metal strainer and a toaster. Of course, dishes, glasses / cups and cutlery in sufficient numbers and various kitchen utensils are also available.  
Two bedrooms can accommodate up to four people. Both rooms have double beds, spacious wardrobes / dressers and a flat screen TV. The larger of the two bedrooms gives access to the private bathroom.  
The bathroom has both a large walk-in shower and a bathtub.  
The apartment has free Wi-Fi, electric shutters and underfloor heating. Thanks to the automatic ventilation, it is also ideal for allergy sufferers.  
The large balcony faces southwest. Here you can sit into the evening and let the day fade away in a cozy atmosphere.
