My stay was good. Wi Fi is hit or miss tho. Other than that my stay was fine. I only had to kill one roach! Lol!!
They said I had a reservation for a smoking room (NO!) & then said they had no more rooms with one bed…I could have one with 2 beds for more $! I was able to show them thru the Expedia app that I reserved a non-smoking & the backed down. Unfortunately the heater wasn’t working so I spent 2 cool nights with my sweatshirt on.

The man at the front desk is rude and dismissive. Acts like he has a problem with black people. Sick of indians working in environments where they hate the demographic

Stay was ok. WiFi kept disconnecting so I had to keep calling tech support. And also there are bubbles in da ceiling from when it rains

Roaches dropping from ceiling like Domino's. Roaches crawling in bed all over my face. Roaches in dog bowl dog water etc. Complain about room was told no refund. Please don't go here you'll be better off renting a room in a Dumpster.

The shower in my room did not work i paid for a smoking room was then placed in non smoking room after because of no availability without discounted price

Motel 6 in this Norcross area does not have a deposit. It is relatively clean for a motel and there are no apparent safety issues with the property or the guests. The prices are a little to high for a motel but the prices of everything are too high nowadays so take your pick. Staff is great!

Do not stay here:
They left dirty towels on the floor in our room and in the area where clean towels are supposed to go
The room smelled like piss and the floors were dirty
The linen on the beds wasn’t changed either

Stayed for 15 days mold on the wall roaches . Ceiling was leaking and loud construction everyday. Also, we stayed above the laundry room and heard the slamming of the doors all day and night. Staff came in EVERY DAY. We work over night and it was total frustration.

Despite the hotel being almost completely empty we were given a room next to several other occupied rooms with guests who were very noisy. The bed is a misshapen mattress on a wooden platform pushed up against the ac unit which then blew on me all night. I had the worst night’s sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel!
