Welcome to Casa Iguana, a stunning vacation home located in a tranquil setting in an upscale neighborhood in the Washington area. This spacious home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in a really beautiful tropical garden setting with lots of Palm trees and a big Palapa gazebo for outside dining and grilling. Perfect for a pool side private chef setting. The home is super private and well appointed, the new décor and furniture's complement this quaint home.   
  
The main bedroom features a king bed and an attached bathroom, ensuring a private and restful retreat. Bedroom two features a king bed and bedroom three features a full bed, perfect for accommodating additional guests or family members. In the common area, you'll find a sleeper sofa bed, offering extra sleeping space if needed.  
  
One of the highlights of Casa Iguana is the inviting private pool, where you can take a refreshing dip or simply unwind under the warm Aruban sun. The outdoor dining area, complete with a BBQ station under a charming gazebo, allows you to enjoy al fresco meals with a true island feel. Relax on one of the two pool lounge chairs, soak up the peaceful ambiance, and let your cares drift away.  
  
Inside the home, the living room provides a cozy space to gather with family and friends. The dining table comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it ideal for enjoying meals together or playing board games. Additionally, there is an outdoor seating area in the backyard, offering another spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.  
  
Conveniently located just a 20-minute drive from the airport, Casa Iguana offers easy access to all that Aruba has to offer. The Super Food grocery store is a short 4-minute drive away, ensuring that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. And for beach lovers, the renowned Eagle Beach is just a quick 9-minute drive away, where you can bask in the sun, stroll along the pristine shores, or partake in water activities.

HOUSEKEEPING:  
This is a self catering vacation home and as such you are expected to do your own shopping and regular cleaning. We do offer the option of daily or mid-stay, hotel-style cleaning services. This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.  
  
BEACH ESSENTIALS:  
We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.  
  
CONCIERGE SERVICE:  
Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.  
  
CAMERAS:  
There are four security cameras around the house. A Ring Doorbell, located outside at the front door (right side). A Ring Security Camera on top of the garage door, looking at the driveway and street. Equipped with a light sensor. Ring Security Camera on top of pool pump dedicated area, fixed on the wall, looking at the backyard door entrance and street. Equipped with a light sensor. Ring Security Alarm Base Station (located inside the house, near the Internet router in the living room), together with windows and sliding doors installed with sensors.
