We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The unit was very clean, nicely furnished, and well-stocked—especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus. We enjoyed the pool and roof top.Communication with the management company was excellent; they were responsive and helpful prior and throughout our stay.The location was great, with the beach near the Marriott just 0.8 miles away. While walking is an option, we do recommend renting a car for convenience. However, taxis were affordable, costing around 10–15 to get to the Palm Island Beach area/strip.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this rental! ##### Cindy V. The king beds were nice (firmer mattresses than I like, but my husband loved them). It was nicely air conditioned. It had a fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need. They provided beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler, which was so handy. The pool area was really nice too. The only thing that would have made it better was if there was a table and chairs in the dining room. They only had tiny stools by the counter that had no leg room. The power went out one day from the morning until late afternoon. I don’t know how common that is, but it was not the property’s fault. The location was a 15 minute walk to the beach, but we rented a car so could go anywhere. I’d definitely stay here again! ##### Tilane B. The condo was nice and Casola did a good job making sure we were happy with everything. There was a smell in the shower which was addressed quickly. The unit was roomy and everything is brand new. The only drawback was the shower, which was very hard to control, and only put out about 30 seconds of scolding hot water before it turned to cold again.
