If you're looking for a quiet and private location, this is it. It is just a short walk to the beach and a 7 minute drive to the hotel/resort area. The highlight is the use of your own private pool. The property matches the description. The bedroom will be smaller than a resort hotel room, but this was as expected. The kitchen is well equipped for any light cooking. You will need to rent a car when staying at this location to get to the main resort/restaurant area. The owner/property management responded quickly to any inquiries. This was our fourth trip to the island and the location of this house was perfect for us. Close to restaurants (walk to Ocean Z and walk to Hadicurari) , close to Arashi, Palm and the Light house beaches) and very safe! The pool was larger than we expected... love the shallow shelf to lounge in as you read. The pool furniture needs a bit updating as they were not comfortable but that is minor. The bedroom and bathroom were small but perfect - remember this is actually a pool house for a future home to be built in the front. The living space was small but adequate for two people. The kitchen was workable... it needs a few more convenience items added such as pans suitable for the microwave (none to be found) , nicer dishes (only a set of 4 plastic plates and salad bowls) , and definitely a tea pot for those who are not coffee drinkers. Towels (except dish towels - only one) and bedding were ample and actually very nice! We would definitely stay again here if the opportunity presents itself. The description is accurate; it is small. However, it’s nicer than staying in a hotel room! Only issue we encountered was the small closet and dresser; very little space to unpack. The hosts were very accommodating; they responded immediately when we reached out. Considering the house is new, it wasn’t fully stocked so as soon we reached the hosts, They brought us a toaster, a wine opener and plenty of extra bath and beach towels. Overall, I would recommend, based on newness, location and hosts! ##### Tina P.
