Do you dream of sunbathing by a beautiful large pool on a soft lounge chair, feeling the breeze on your skin, while enjoying the gorgeous view? Look no further because we have the right villa for you! This glorious free-standing, ground floor villa can accommodate up to 11 guests. We have 4 fully airconditioned bedrooms and each bedroom has it's private ensuite bathroom. The backyard has a very large shaded patio overlooking an area called the Salinja, which fills with rain water so depending on the season it will be dry or filled with water. Behind the salinja you can see the ocean. You will have your own private sunset, right from your outdoor dining table! Bedroom details to note: \-The master bedroom has a small cove where we added a twin bed for an 11th adult, or two small children. It does not have a door. It is ideal for parents with a child. \-The 4th bedroom is only accessible by walking through the 3rd bedroom, or by entering from the patio/sliding door. Please see photos! This spacious villa is the ultimate place to relax on your perfect holiday and this home will not feel crowded with 11 guests. The home has windows all around and sliding doors to the pool, which makes the home so light and you feel connected with the pool area, it is easy to keep an eye on the rest of your family. If you open all windows and doors, a delighful breeze is filling the house. The villa is stylishly furnished and above all very clean and well maintained. We have all you need to feel at home away from home. The open kitchen has an island for extra counter space and is completely equipped with a 2 refrigerators, stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven, anything you need to prepare your own meals at home. In the case you do want to go out, the hotel strip with hundreds of restaurants is just a few minutes drive away. This villa gives you all the privacy that you need for quality time with your family or a romantic honeymoon. We have all the modern conveniences, hot water, airconditioning, Smart TVs and WiFi. Ofcourse we have beach chairs for you, a cooler, beach towels and bath towels. You can pack light, as we have a great washer and dryer in our garage. IMPORTANT NOTES: Upon arrival, there is a cash cleaning fee of $280 USD for the cleaning after your stay. This is not charged through VRBO because your rental payment goes to the homeowners' bank account in America. The cleaning gets done by a local company in Aruba, so it is more efficient to have the cleaning paid out on location. We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial losses associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO cancellation policy and only refund according to this policy. Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental. House was more than adequate for 2 families and was more modern than other homes we saw in the area. We all enjoyed the pool to unwind at the end of every day. As a bonus, great property management. The owners / managers, the concierge, the staff were all very attentive, helpful and they felt like family members before we left the property! The property was gorgeous and very spacious, the private pool was phenomenal and the sunset dinners every night were breath taking! If you are going to Aruba with a family this is the place to stay, especially when you have the hospitality that comes with staying at this Villa! The home was beautiful, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. There was plenty of space for our group of 8\. Our property manager, Daniel, was always available and just a call or text away. We were close to everything. We did rent a car to do our touring, grocery shop, dine out and of course go to the beaches on the Island. Most of our activity was Eagle Beach and North of that, except BabyBeach. a must see which was on the south end of the island. The house was at the end of street with the pool facing a bird santuary. It was a great view of the High rise district and of course we had the best sunsets. Location was perfect for us. The house was big and very spacious in the main living area and bedrooms. The lay out is a little different in that one bedroom had to be entered through another or off the pool slider but did have its own bathroom.. Beds were not the most comfortable, as mattresses were thin foam. About 10" The layout was not an issue for us since there were only 5 of us. The kitchen was well appointed with utensils ,pans and some spices and coffee to start. The best part was the 2nd fridge, allowing us to put drinks in one and food in the main fridge. The table sat 8 persons and the living room was comfortable. It had a washer and dryer to do towels and clothing if needed. All appliances worked well. The pool was a high light for us since we often came home from the beach and jumped in the pool before dinner. The house was very clean and the pool was also cleaned 3x in 2 weeks. We had a great stay at the house and the concierge was always available if we needed them. We would surely stay in the house again..FYI if you want they will deliver some grocieres from Superfoods that you order on line if you will be late on arrivial and need basics until you go to the store. ##### Diane P. This house did just that! The pool time was amazing, each room and bathroom were comfortable and well kept, the kitchen and living room space allowed for many nights of laughter and fun. Couldn't recommend this house enough for larger groups looking for a great place to stay off the beach, but not far from. ##### Charles C. We booked this home over a year ago to celebrate our mother’s 80th birthday. This home did not disappoint and was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed everything about this house. The fully stocked kitchen, ensuite bathrooms, laundry room, coolers, beach chairs, pool, birds singing in the trees, and beautiful sunsets from the patio.
