### Villa 'La Quintessence' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Boasting a beautiful view of the Alps, the villa Gite La Quintessence is located in Nonglard. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This accommodation features a private outdoor area with a heated pool, garden, open terrace, barbecue, and playground.  
  
Guests of this property enjoy access to a pool, which is open from May to the end of September.  
  
The villa is located just 12 km from Lake Annecy, with hiking and mountain biking tours starting directly from the cottage. The ski resort is 35 minutes away, while a river and golf practice area are just 5 km from the property. A hypermarket is an 8-minute drive away.  
  
5 parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street.  
  
Families with children are welcome.  
  
Bringing pets, smoking indoors, and celebrating events are not allowed. An Australian Shepherd dog lives on the premises.
