Das Personal redet und schreit so laut, das es unmöglich ist im URLAUB aus zu schlafen. Zum Aufgang zu den Zimmern steht, das man die Schue ausziehen sollte. Das hat mir 3 paar Socken gekostet, weil in meinem Zimmer mehrere Nägel aus dem Fußboden standen. The location is terrific, the restaurant facing the river does good meals and the staff were generally friendly and helpful although English is limited. The only this good about this hotel is the location. The staff was very rude, wifi didn't work, the bathroom was dirty and the bedding seemed to have been washed but still had stains. The staff was even rude to kids. The kids spoke Thai so the staff could understand them. This room was horrible. I will never stay here again. The sheets were washed but they looked old and had stains. The bathroom was nasty dirty. The wifi didn't work in he rooms and inly worked sometime in the lobby. The girls working at the hotel were very very rude. We booked two rooms. Both rooms were bad. We books a deluxe suit and a regular room. The regular room was bigger then the deluxe and had a balcony. The deluxe room didn't have a balcony and was a lot smaller. The view from the hotel deck was amazing. It looked over the river but you could stay at many other guest houses and have the same view. Located on the Mekong River, next to the IndoChina Market and easy walking distance to main street for food vendors and restaurants (lots of food choices on the Mekong River boardwalk also). Recommend DD restaurant on main street for the Best food in Nong Khai. The River boardwalk has recently been renovated and is Outstanding for views, food, temples, cycling and walking. Although rooms do not have a views. The whole hotel is wooden. The eating area is terrific for food and a couple of Leo's during sunset.
