Torre Antica is a beautiful, historical apartment house dating back to the 14th century, recently renovated in 2023\. This three-story property houses two apartments and is conveniently located in the heart of Noli, a charming Italian town. With its prime location, Torre Antica offers easy access to various amenities, including a grocery store just 10 meters away, a supermarket within 70 meters, and numerous restaurants, bars, bakeries, and cafes within a 10-meter radius. Additionally, it is situated just 100 meters from the sea, making it an ideal vacation rental or holiday rental for those seeking a seaside getaway. Parking is available, and an installment plan option is offered, providing convenience and flexibility for your stay.

Torre Antica's prime location in Noli offers easy access to the nearby beaches. A sandy beach is situated just 300 meters away, while a pebble beach is even closer at 100 meters from the property. This proximity to the sea allows you to enjoy the beautiful Italian coastline and indulge in various water activities during your stay.

This 3-room penthouse apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has a total area of 70 square meters. It is bright, fully renovated in 2020, and tastefully furnished with modern decor. The living/sleeping room features a dressing room with a double sofa bed measuring 160 cm x 190 cm, a dining table, and a TV. There is one room with a French bed measuring 160 cm x 190 cm, and another room with a single bed measuring 80 cm x 190 cm. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is equipped with various amenities to enhance your vacation experience. These include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, and hair dryer. The floors are covered with parquet, adding warmth and elegance to the interior. Heating is available from November 1st to April 1st. Additionally, a garage is provided at a distance of 650 meters, with dimensions of 220 cm in height and 500 cm in width, accommodating one car.
