Part of the hotel was nicely removated and modern. Our room was very specious and clean, exept for the bathroom that had not been renovated and was in very poor condition. The location is not for someone wanting to explore Napoli or anything else. There is nothing to see in Nola. Taxi to Napoli sould have costet 100€ 😳 Railways were closed. Pool was nice and the outdoor area good but next to a motorway so very noisy. Most of staff did not speak english. No service were provided proactively. Breakfeast hardly average.

Good location. Hotel needs some major renovations. Toilet leak. Leaking sounds throughout. Pool was filthy with lots of debris, rusting everywhere. False advertising hotel does not provide a shuttle to the airport. They arrange a private local driver who over charges.

El chico de recepción muy amable

La habitación amplia y cómoda, el parking fácil aparcamiento, lo mejor el chico de recepción que no recuerdo el nombre pero fue muy amable en todo momento incluso me ayudó con un problema que tuve con una rueda del coche. Lo peor sin duda el desayuno escaso todo dulce. Se supone que es hasta las 9,30 a las 9 ya no reponían nada. Me pareció un desayuno muy pobre para un hotel de esta categoría. Me cobraron 18€ por una tasa de la que no estaba informada

Bra boende till ett mycket bra pris.

Jag fick ett bra mottagande på detta hotell. Personalen var mycket tillmötesgående. Och rummet var mycket comfortabelt. Och frukosten var mycket god. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell.

Non e un 4 stelle

Purtroppo siamo rimasti molto delusi da questo albergo che non sembra assolutamente un 4 stelle, ma una categoria nettamente inferiore. All'arrivo nella stanza siamo stati accolti da una tremenda puzza di fogna, che non ci ha lascuati nemmeno per 5 minuti durante tutto il soggiorno. Abbiamo cercato di ovviare accendendo la ventola, essendo il bagno privo di finestre, ma la puzza rimaneva e la ventola era anche molto rumorosa. Abbiamo dovuto tenere perennemente la finestra aperta, per attenuare la puzza. Il letto era composto semplicemente da un lenzuolo appoggiato direttamrnte sul materasso, peraltro piuttosto corto, tanto da svegliarsi sul materasso stesso, in maniera completamente antigienica, l'unica nota positiva è stata la colazione, piuttosto abbondante e varia, con la signora addetta al bar estremamente gentile. Per il resto, un soggiorno da non ripetere, tollerato solo per il poco tempo trascorso in camera
