The property has an ideal layout for a family with children -- they had a pack n play, booster seat, and kids dishes available -- and the primary bedroom is somewhat separated from the additional bedrooms so we were able to talk and relax during naptime/bedtime without disturbing anyone. It was so nice have all the comforts of home, plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking if you like, beach chairs, beach towels and even the wagon to make your short walk to the beach even easier. The house was beautiful, clean and we loved how the primary suite was on the other side of the house. Plenty of room for everyone and loved the gathering area with plenty of seating. Ty was very response during our stay. The front door is keyless entry and it just stopped working, due to the batteries. Back up batteries were already in the desk drawer of the house - so we were able to replace them immediately and Ty reset the code. Didn't waste anytime making sure everything was working perfectly.
