You will love the privacy of this home overlooking tropical landscape vistas and garden from the covered lanai and solar heated pool welcoming you to your PRIVATE OASIS. You will enjoy easy access to our gulf coast beaches just minutes away. The space DELIGHTFUL COASTAL DECOR, tile and bamboo floors, granite countertops, plantation shutters, plus beautiful furniture with SIX electric recliners in living & family room. Dining room, family room and kitchen open to the paver lanai including a TV/entertainment center, BBQ and smoker, with plenty of seating and pebble-tec finished pool, great for outdoor entertaining! Kitchen completely stocked with everything you could need. Retreat to the owner's suite with private study/workspace overlooking serene outdoor vistas. Desirable split bedroom and bath with jetted tub is ideal for family or guests. Kids room with twin over full bunk beds featuring whimsical sea turtle theme. This home is minutes from many coastal and inland restaurants. Also within 10-15 minutes from Nokomis beach. You will enjoy easy access to our gorgeous gulf coast beaches just minutes away, boutique shopping and dining in downtown Venice and Sarasota and I-75 to travel north and south. Guest access You have access to the entire property including the garage. Other things to note The house was recently upgraded with the latest SunPower solar panels, and a renewable solar powered hot water heater which reduces Co2 and Sulfur Dioxide Emissions. 2 large Solar powered attic fans blow out the hot air generated from the roof and reduce the air conditioner’s work load and keep the house much cooler. The entire house is run by renewable solar power that generates electricity with the most updated solar technology available invested in the home. All electric appliances, AC and furnace, pool heater and pumps, water heater tank and attic fans all powered by the Florida sun. The pool area is very spacious and has a TV in the lanai area. Games are for your use.
