He was just released from the hospital from a very unfortunate long hospital stay. A last minute trip to Florida to assist her and see him was necessary and thankfully we found this. Communication was very good and always prompt. Extremely accommodating as we had to extend our stay 3 times. This little bungalow was very nice and had all necessary things to make things very easy for us in a very difficult time. Location is great too! Lots of colorful Florida style artwork as well as both useful and decorative lighting. Everything we needed for our six day stay was well stocked. The house was spotlessly clean. Comfortable king size bed with crisp white sheets in primary bedroom. White bath towels also showed cleanliness. Wi-Fi was easy to access and reliable. Hosts, Richard & Lisa, were pleasantly available for questions and easy to work with. We chose this location, for the second year in a row, because of its proximity to a family reunion; but it's also so close to a great family run breakfast diner, cool sunset restaurants, a fantastic family run Italian catering/restaurant and the beach is just a hop, skip and a jump away. ##### Sara G. Communication with the hosts, Richard & Lisa, was very reliable. They replied within minutes for inquires prior to booking and throughout our stay. We really appreciated the 'usability' of this property. The WiFi and cable TV, with music channels, in both the living room & primary bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked should you wish to prepare your own meals (including utensils suitable for the grill). There was ample paper products, liquid hand soap @ every basin, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, tin foil, plastic wrap, dish towels, etc - the kind of stuff you might only need a little bit of but don't feel like shopping for while on vacation is always appreciated. We enjoyed the vibe of 'old Florida' style furnishings & decor. The only reason we didn't rate a full five stars in every category was because of the air conditioning.. an efficient central air unit is an absolute must for indoor comfort in the heat of south Florida. ##### Sara G.
