When booking you didn´t mention at all the fact that a child of 5 years was coming with you, and you told me that it was because otherwise you would have to pay for him!!!. Is this not a lye?Of course, this is a hotel and at least you have to say that a boy of 5 years is coming with you; as well as you say it when you fly, or not???. Our hotel has free services as the parking, spa area, pool,wifi, and only children under 2 years are free in a room. I showed you your booking and there was no sign of the boy, is it possible to forget that a boy of years is coming with you on holiday!!! Of course you were lying when doing the booking!.. The night of your arrival we had 13 degrees outside, and the air conditioning is not on for you!!, because the heating was on for the rest of the hotel guests!!!. We don´t need guests that forget to include "babies of 5 years old" in their bookings. A baby of 5 years you say!!!, we can only laugh !!

Estimado cliente,si le parece que pagar 66,81 euros por 1 noche en un hotel en primera línea de playa, con garaje gratuito, spa gratuito, wifi gratuitos........es mucho dinero...debería haber venido en agosto y ver los precios entonces de nuestro moderno hotel. No obstante, siempre hay algún cliente, que como ustedes, se intentan aprovechar y piensan que poniendo una queja les van a poner por la cara en una habitación con vistas al mar, cuando lo que han reservado es la más económica de todo el hotel. El edificio de apartamentos que dice que está a 3 metros, está a más del doble de la distancia que indica, y encima le pusimos en la planta alta, que desde el balcón ve la playa de lado. Es una pena que no le colocásemos inicialmente en el tipo de habitación que realmente reservó, porque para poner una queja así nos hubiera bastado y nos hubiera dado menos trabajo intentado recolocarle cuando no debemos ni hacer eso. Nunca queremos clientes insatisfechos aqui, y por eso se les ofreció (sin tener que hacerlo), que cancelaran y se les devolvía el dinero gratuitamente.
