Dispone de un dormitorio con tres camas individuales con terraza y fantásticas vistas al mar , cocina incorporada en el salón completamente equipada, salón-comedor con sofá-cama, tv. plana de 32 pulgadas y una agradable terraza con vistas al mar. Apartamento en segunda planta, magníficamente situado a pie de playa de Ris, en Noja en edificio de muy reciente construcción y que forma parte del conjunto Apartamentos Pineda. Dispone de un dormitorio con tres camas individuales con terraza y fantásticas vistas al mar , cocina incorporada en el salón completamente equipada, salón-comedor con sofá-cama, tv. plana de 32 pulgadas y una agradable terraza con vistas al mar. Se complementa con amplio baño completo con bañera y bidet, garaje , calefacción, ropa de cama, toallas, etc. todo ello incluido en el precio. Nevera combi, lavadora, microondas, cafetera, plancha, batidora y menaje de cocina están incluidos en el apartamento. El centro de Noja (plaza del Ayuntamiento) se sitúa a 950 metros y en los 200 metros alrededor dispone de parque, tiendas, campo de golf, polideportivo, escuelas de surf, restaurantes, etc. Noja es sin duda uno de los mayores atractivos de la costa cantábrica y sus espectaculares playas son de fama reconocida. A tan sólo media hora de coche se puede visitar el Parque de Cabárceno, Santander, Laredo, Santoña, Castro Urdiales, etc. Sin duda un punto estratégico para unas vacaciones de playa y turismo. El apartamento está genial , la ubicación es perfecta para estar cerca de la playa durante el dia, y tener mucha tranquilidad por la noche. Por decir algunna cosa: Deberian revisar y arreglar/substituir la caldera, porque no funciona bien y es un fasitidio. Tambien las bombillas de las luces, hay varias que no funcionan o no iluminan ya suficiente. Un poco de mantenimiento básica del apartamento, pero que esta bien igualmente. ##### Miquel D.
