Although we did bring our own toiletries, there is lotion, body wash, conditioner and so many more toiletries there for your stay. Ashley is very responsive and great with communication. Neighborhood is very quiet and yiu can see 2 horses right next door. If you are looking to be in the middle of hustle and bustle this is not the place for you. If you are like us, and like to be away from that and want peaceful THIS IS YOUR PLACE! Would definitely stay again if ever in the area. My ONLY little, and I mean little, complaint is wifi went out. We were in town for a birthday and communication was pretty important, BUT putting my phone me to the window, allowed me to have service, and gave me all the communication that I needed. It is cozy, comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. It is quiet, there are deer, and it isn't far from Capitan or Ruidoso. There is room for 1 or for 6\. The hostess is wonderful and she wants to make sure your stay is everything you could want in a "home away from home".
