At 100 m you can find a small lake to enjoy a swim relaxing in the nature beautiful with vineyards and view of the hills. Visit the historic Nizza Monferrato and the famous wine city of Canelli. Head to the Flower Riviera that lies 90 minutes away. The forest is nearby at 300 m. For food and shopping, restaurants are at 300 m and the supermarket is 1 km. The mansion maintains a pleasant temperature throughout with air conditioning and central heating. The living-bedroom is comfortable to watch TV and to retire for the day with a double sofa bed and double bed. It also has a balcony to enjoy the magnificent views. A cot is provided for a small fee and the home also provides free WiFi. Public transport is at 1 km.
